Organizational Structure

Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the shareholder is the supreme body of the SKBBL. The AGM elects Board of Directors (BoDs), approves audited financial statement and capital plan. The BoDs appoint Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and regularly reviews the progress. The CEO is responsible for day-to-day operation, planning, resource management, internal control, coordination and relationship development. CEO delegates authority and resources to different divisions and Area offices to implement the planned activities.
